R.S.42:1141C(3)(f). <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. <br /> On May 1, 987, James Hopkins was employed by the Livingston Parish Gravity Drainage <br /> District No.5. On March 22,2010,Mr.Hopkins was promoted to Superintendent. Mr.Hopkins has <br /> continuously served as Superintendent of the Livingston Parish Gravity Drainage District No.5 since <br /> March 22, 2010, and at all times pertinent herein. <br /> 2. <br /> Wanda Fay Hopkins is the biological sister of Jaynes Hopkins.On January 19, 1975,George <br /> Allan Truax,Sr. married Wanda Fay Hopkins. <br />
