Management Division during your public employment,regardless of the parties to the contract,to, <br /> for, or on behalf of the Project Management Divison. <br /> Here, since you did not participate in the Grand Isle and Vicinity—Island Length Breakwaters and <br /> Long-Term Sustainability Analysis Project (BA-0277) while employed with CPRA, you are not <br /> prohibited from assisting GISE in this project. Additionally, since you did not render project <br /> management services on Grand Isle and Vicinity — Island Length Breakwaters and Long-Term <br /> Sustainability Analysis Project (BA-0277), you are not prohibited from rendering engineering <br /> services to CPRA on this project. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded, and instructed me to inform you, that for a period of two years following <br /> your retirement,you are prohibited from participating in any project that you participated in during <br /> your employment with CRPA,and you are prohibited from providing any service,on a contractual <br /> basis, to the Project Management Divison of CRPA that you previously provided during your <br /> employment with the Projection Management Divison. Since you did not render project <br /> management services on Grand Isle and Vicinity — Island Length Breakwaters and Long-Term <br /> Sustainability Analysis Project (BA-0277), you are not prohibited from rendering engineering <br /> services to CPRA on this project. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as <br /> presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Governmental <br /> Ethics.
