Ethics Board Docket No.2022-060 <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br /> would be served through the publication of this Consent Opinion with the imposition of a$500.00 <br /> civil penalty against DCIA. <br /> V1. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that DCIA violated La. R.S. 42:1113A(1)(a) of the Ethics Code by <br /> virtue of entering into a transaction under the supervision or jurisdiction of the agency of an <br /> immediate family member of Donald Cravins,who owns a controlling interest in DCIA. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $500.00 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of <br /> the State of Louisiana, be imposed upon DCIA and that in the event of a failure to pay, a suit may <br /> be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> [Signatures Contained on Following Page] <br />
