The Code of Ethics prohibits a former employee of the Coastal Restoration and Protection Authority, for a period of two years, from assisting a company in matters in which te former employee participated while at CPRA. The Code does not prohibit the former employee from assisting a company in matters relating to CPRA in which the former employee had no involvement while at CPRA.
