If called to testify lie would assert that the Mayor has no authority to put property up for <br /> auction and no authority to sell town pxoperty, only the Town Council does and the Mayor has <br /> no vote on the bidding, whether to accept a bicf or choose anott�er bid and as such, he disputes <br /> that the referenced section of the Ethics Code applies under these facks. <br />
