with your wife's agency,Fiscal Operations for OBH's Administration and Finance Unit.However, <br /> you are not prohibited from receiving a commission for soliciting and securing a contractual,other <br /> business, or financial relationship on behalf of Terraboost Media with other OBH agencies and <br /> State agencies, while your wife is employed in Fiscal Operations for OBH's Administration and <br /> Finance Unit. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics concluded and instructed me to inform you that the Code prohibits <br /> you from receiving a commission for soliciting and securing a contractual, other business, or <br /> financial relationship with your wife's agency, Fiscal Operations for OBH's Administration and <br /> Finance Unit,but not with other OBH or State agencies. The Board advises you to seek an updated <br /> advisory opinion should a potential contract arise involving OBH's Administration and Finance <br /> Unit and Terraboost Media. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as <br /> presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Governmental <br /> Ethics.
