R.S. <br /> 42:1141 C(3)(fj. <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. <br /> In 1961, the Concordia Parish Police Jury created the Concordia Parish Hospital Service <br /> District Number One ("Hospital District") as a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana <br /> pursuant to La. R.S, 46:1051, et sey. The Hospital District is gaverned by a seven-member Board <br /> of Commissioners and operated as Riverland Medical Center from January 13, 19$6, until <br /> February 23,2021, when it began doing business as Trinity Medical. <br /> 2. <br /> James King was appoiated to the Board af Commissioners for the Hospital District in <br /> August 2016. His current six-year term expires Apri127,2027. Mr. I�ing has continuously served <br /> as a member of the Board of Commissioners at all times herein. <br /> 3. <br /> Since November 10, 2020, the Hospital District has entered into nine (9) contractual <br />
