R.S. 42:1113B by virtue of <br /> entering into transactions with the St.John the Baptist Parish Housing Authority,while his mother, <br /> Madeline Jasmine, served as a Commissioner for the St. John the Baptist Parish Housing <br /> Authority. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $1,000.00 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of <br /> the State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Denarold Anderson, and that in the event of a failure to <br /> pay, a suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> [Signatures Contained on Following Pages] <br />
