The Code of Governmental Ethics does not prohibit New Orleans Redevelopment Authority from entering into a contract with the joint venture team of HRI Communities and Travelers Aid Society of Greater New Orleans, and Brenda Breaux is not prohibited from receiving the benefit of her spouse's employment compensation from TASGNO while it maintains a contract with NORA, provided Brenda Breaux and her husband meet all six of the conditions listed under La. 42:1111C(5)(a).
