Ethics Board Docket No. 2023-836 <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br /> VI. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Debbie Stilley,violated Section 1113A of the Ethics Code by virtue <br /> of entering into transactions with the School while her daughter, Krista Stilley Campbell, was an <br /> employee of the School. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$1,000 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana,be imposed upon Debbie Stilley and that in the event of a failure to pay, a suit <br /> may be filed to compel immediate payrnent of any balance due. <br />
