LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> BOARD NO.2024-510 <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF <br /> ADAM COLEMAN AND COLEMAN CULTURE BASKETBALL LLC <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the <br /> Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics (the `Bthics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. sey., and <br /> particularly La. R.S. 42:1141, conducted a confidential investigation concerning information that <br /> Adam Coleman and Coleman Culture Basketball LLC may have violated Section 1113A(1)(a) of <br /> the Ethics Code by virtue of entering into transactions under the supervision or jurisdiction of <br /> Adam Coleman's agency, Sulphur High SchooL <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Adam Coleman and Coleman Culture Basketball LLC,the BOE and Adam Coleman and Coleman <br /> Culture Basketball LLC enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Adam Coleman, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Calcasieu, with a last known address of 5112 Biscotti Drive, Sulphur, Louisiana <br /> 70665; <br /> Coleman Culture Basketball LLC, a registered legal entity, domiciled in the <br /> Parish of Calcasieu, with a last known address of 5112 Biscotti Drive, Sulphur, <br /> Louisiana 70665; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, domiciled in <br /> the Parish of East Baton Rouge, with a mailing address of P.O. Box 4368, Baton <br /> Rouge, Louisiana 70821. <br />
