Ethics Board Docket No. 2023-882
42:1153. In exchange, the BOE will dismiss all pending charges against
Mrs. Autin and Baja Enterprises of Lockport LLC.
VI.
ORDER:
For the foregoing reasons:
IT IS ORDERED that Baja, a legal entity in which Mr. Autin had a controlling interest,
violated Section 1113A(1)(a) of the Ethics Code by virtue of entering into transactions under the
supervision of Mr. Autin's agency, the LVFC.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $1,000.00 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of
the State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Baja and that in the event of a failure to pay, a suit may
be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due.
[Signatures Contained on the Following Pages]
