Ethics Board Docket No. 2024-188 <br /> Page 8 of 10 <br /> VI. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Guy McInnis, in his capacity as Parish President, St. Bernard <br /> Parish, Louisiana, violated Section ll 11A of the Ethics Code by virtue of receiving payrnents for <br /> a vehicle stipend to which he was not entitled. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Guy McInnis, in his capacity as Parish President, St. <br /> Bernard Parish, Louisiana,violated Section 1112B(4) of the Ethics Code by virtue of participating <br /> in matters relating to Principal while he was negotiating with Principal regarding future <br /> employment. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$3,000 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Guy McInnis and that in the event of a failure to pay, a suit <br /> may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br />
