Ethics Board Docket No. 2025-171 <br /> Page 9 of14 <br /> VI. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Louisiana Oilfield Restoration Association, Inc. violated Section <br /> 1117 of the Ethics Code by virtue of giving a thing of economic value to Johnny W. Adams which <br /> he was prohibited from receiving pursuant to Section 1115A of the Ethics Code. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Chromos Wealth Solutions, LLC violated Section <br /> 1117 of the Ethics Code by virtue of transferring a thing of economic value to Johnny W. Adams <br /> which he was prohibited from receiving pursuant to Section 1115A of the Ethics Code. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Andrew Berthelot violated Section 1117 of the Ethics <br /> Code by virtue of transferring a thing of economic value to Johnny W. Adams which he was <br /> prohibited from receiving pursuant to Section 1115A of the Ethics Code. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$5,000 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Louisiana Oilfield Restoration Association, Inc. and that in <br /> the event of a failure to pay, a suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$5,000 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Chromos Wealth Solutions, LLC and that in the event of a <br /> failure to pay, a suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$5,000 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Andrew Berthelot and that in the event of a failure to pay, a <br /> suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br />
