LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> DATE: BD NO: 2021-081 <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF <br /> S&W PAYROLL SERVICES LLC <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics ("Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:110 1, et. seq., and particularly Section <br /> 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation concerning information that S&W <br /> Payroll Services LLC may have violated Section 1117 of the Ethics Code by virtue of the payment <br /> of$3,846.90 to Jennifer Davis and/or Jenn Davis LLC, while Jennifer Davis was employed as the <br /> Personnel Manager for St. James Parish. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> S&W Payroll Services LLC, the parties enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> S&W Payroll Services LLC, a corporation doing business in the State of <br /> Louisiana, with an address of 1155 Highway 190 East Service Road, Covington, <br /> Louisiana 70433, represented herein by its duly authorized agent. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O.
