LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BD NO: 2021-1046 <br /> CARLY PRESTENBACH, <br /> LARRY PRESTENBACH,AND <br /> LARRY P'S BOILING POT,LLC <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics(hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Carly Prestenbach,Larry Prestenbach,and Larry P's Boiling Pot,LLC <br /> may have violated Section 1113A of the Ethics Code by virtue of Larry Prestenbach, on behalf of <br /> Larry P's Boiling Pot, LLC, entering into transactions that were under the supervision or <br /> jurisdiction of Youree Drive Middle School. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, the BOE enters into this <br /> Consent Opinion with Carly Prestenbach, Larry Prestenbach, and Larry P's Boiling Pot, LLC as <br /> follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Carly Prestenbach, a person of the full age of majority,domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Caddo with a last known address of 4704 Carolyn Lane, Shreveport, Louisiana <br /> 71105. <br /> Larry Prestenbach, a person of the full age of majority,domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Caddo with a last known address of 4704 Carolyn Lane, Shreveport, Louisiana <br /> 71105. <br />
