- LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF JENIFER BD NO: 2022-251 <br /> GUERRERO <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the"Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Jenifer Guerrero violated La. R.S.42:1117 by virtue of her approving <br /> and directing payments from Youree Drive Middle School to Dan Ford and/or Events Plus,which <br /> he was prohibited from receiving by La. R.S. 42:1113A. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, the BOE enters into this <br /> Consent Opinion with Jenifer Guerrero as follows: <br /> 1. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Jenifer Guerrero, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Bossier with a last known address of 2516 Mayflower,Haughton,Louisiana 71037. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge,Louisiana, 70821. <br />
