ETHICS BOARD RECD <br /> OCT 20123 AM 10:54 <br /> LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BD NO: 2021-767 <br /> PATRICIA REEVES <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Patricia Reeves, in her capacity as an employee of Caddo Parish <br /> School Board,may have violated La. R.S. 42: 1111C(1)(a)by virtue of her receipt of payments in <br /> connection with after-school drama lessons taught to her students,when such service was devoted <br /> substantially to the responsibilities and programs of Ms. Reeves' job as a drama teacher and in <br /> which she participated. On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the <br /> concurrence of Patricia Reeves, the BOE and Patricia Reeves enter into this Consent Opinion as <br /> follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Patricia Reeves, a person of the full age of majority, with the last known address <br /> of 3234 Eastwood Dr. #15, Shreveport,Louisiana 71105 <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
