LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BOARD NO:;0184O' <br /> TERRY CAMPBELL <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101. et., seq., and <br /> particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that Terry Campbell, in the course of his position as Executive Director of the Lake <br /> Providence Housing Authority(LPHA),personally participated in transactions involving the Lake <br /> Providence Housing Authority(LPHA) in which his brother-in-law, George Carraway, had a <br /> substantial economic interest. <br /> On the basis on information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Terry Campbell, the BOE and Terry Campbell enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Terry Campbell,an individual of the age of majority domiciled in the Parish of East <br /> Carroll Parish, State of Louisiana, whose mailing address is declared to be 607 <br /> Schneider Lane, Lake Providence, LA 71254; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics,a Louisiana State Agency,domiciled in East Baton <br /> Rouge Parish whose mailing address is P.O.
