R.5 42:1119A. <br /> Further,Michael Diaz particip�ted in transactions invalvin�the Tangipahoa Parish S�chool System <br /> in which his son, Gabriel Diaz, had a substantial econ�mic interest by virtue of appraving his time <br /> sheets for payroll purposes in derogation af La.
