In that <br /> I-olc, .you provided project management and engineering services, and you reported to a supervisor <br /> and a division manager. <br /> S ince leaving CPRA, you have become employed. by All South Consulting Engineers, LLC (the <br /> "Ccrnpany"). The Company does some business with CPRA, but is not involved in any work in <br /> which you participated while at CPRA. The Company would like you to perform services for <br /> certain projects in the future involving CPRA,but you would refrain from working on any matters <br /> it which you participated while at CPRA. <br /> You would like to know if you can work for the Company on matters involving CPRA, so long as <br /> you refrain from working on matters in which you participated while at CPRA. <br /> LAW <br /> Lal. R.S. 42:1121B provides no former public employee shall, for a period of two years following <br /> the .ermination of his public employment,assist another person,for compensation,in a transaction, <br /> or in an appearance in connection with a transaction in which such former public employee <br /> r)(irticipated at any time during his public employment and involving the governmental entity by <br /> which he was formerly employed, or for a period of two years following the termination of his <br /> public employment, render, any service which such former public employee had rendered to the <br /> age:-icy during the term of his public employment on a contractual basis, regardless of the parties <br /> to the contract, to, for, or on behalf of the agency with which he was formerly employed. <br /> Page 1 of 3 (BD 2025-549) <br /> AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER <br />
