You would only engage in Driver's Education in your off time from the elementary school. <br /> None of the students at Byrd Avenue Elementary School are eligible to enroll in Drivers Education. <br /> Magic City Driving School has no affiliation with the Byrd Avenue Elementary School. <br /> ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded and instructed me to inform you that the Code of Governmental Ethics does <br /> not prohibit you from providing compensated services to Magic City Driving School during your <br /> off time. <br /> Changes to the facts as presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the <br /> Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics.
