Larry P'S Boiling Pot, LLC is a Cajun food truck that <br /> operates in the Shreveport area. <br /> 7. <br /> Larry Prestenbach is listed as the only member of Larry P's Boiling Pot, LLC. <br /> 8. <br /> From May 18, 2018 to January 22, 2019, Youree Drive Middle School issued checks to <br /> Larry P's Boiling Pot, LLC totaling $2,020.25 to provide food and beverages to the school on <br /> various occasions. The checks were all approved and signed by the principal of Youree Drive <br /> Middle School. <br /> IV. <br /> PROVISIONS OF LAW: <br /> 9. <br /> Section 1113A of the Ethics Code prohibits an immediate family member of a public <br /> servant, or a legal entity in which the public servant has a controlling interest, from entering into <br /> any contract, subcontract, or other transaction that is under the supervision or jurisdiction of the <br /> agency of such public servant. <br /> La.R.S. 42:1113A:. <br /> No public servant,excluding any legislator and any appointed member of any board <br /> or commission and any member of a governing authority of a parish with a <br /> population of ten thousand or less, or member of such a public servant's immediate <br /> family, or legal entity in which he has a controlling interest shall bid on or enter <br />
