LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BD NO: 2022-051 <br /> KELLEE HENNESSY DICKERSON <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Kellee Hennessy Dickerson violated the Ethics Code by authorizing <br /> Billy Doiron to transact with Live Oak High School in violation of La. R.S. 42:1113. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, the BOE enters into this <br /> Consent Opinion with Kellee Hennessy Dickerson as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Kellee Hennessy Dickerson, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the <br /> Parish of Livingston with a last known address of 35104 Perkins Rd., Denham <br /> Springs, Louisiana 70706. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
