Ethics Board Docket No. 2022-454 <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br /> 3. <br /> On or around December 17, 2018, the School Board entered into an agreement with <br /> Teaching Lab for support, coaching, and collaborative feedback for content guidebooks for the <br /> district's diverse learner population from December 7, 2018, until May 31, 2019. <br /> 4. <br /> On or around May 20, 2020, the School Board entered into an agreement with Teaching <br /> Lab for teaching and training for the diverse learner guidebooks. It was signed by School Board <br /> Superintendent Kim Canezaro, and Chris Daniels, Teaching Lab's CEO. <br /> 5. <br /> On or around June 29, 2020, the School Board entered into an agreement with Teaching <br /> Lab for virtual boot camps, data collection and reporting, and inquiry cycles for "Professional <br /> Learning Illustrative Mathematics Year 2." It was signed by Karla Wesley-Jack, Assistant <br /> Superintendent. <br /> 6. <br /> On or around February 8, 2021, the School Board entered into an agreement with <br /> Teaching Lab for unit unpacking for guidebooks. It was signed by Mary Wells and Sarah <br /> Johnson, Teaching Lab's CEO. <br /> 7. <br /> On or around July 28, 2021, the School Board entered into an agreement with Teaching <br /> Lab to provide training and coaching for "Professional Learning Illustrative Mathematics Year <br /> 3." It was signed by Ms. Stephenson as director of PD, and Sarah Johnson, Teaching Lab's chief <br /> executive officer. <br />
