LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BD NO: 2023-345 <br /> DERICK GRAVES d/b/a <br /> NORTHSHORE FLEET SERVICES, <br /> LLC <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly La. R.S. 42:1141, conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that Derick Graves d/b/a Northshore Fleet Services, LLC violated La. R.S. 42:1113A <br /> by entering into transactions with the Tangipahoa Parish School Board Transportation Department <br /> while he was employed by the Tangipahoa Parish School Board Transportation Department. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Derick Graves, the BOE and Derick Graves enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Derick Graves, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Tangipahoa with a last known address of 247 West Ash Street, Ponchatoula, <br /> Louisiana 70454; <br /> Northshore Fleet Services, LLC, a legal entity conducting business in the Parish <br /> of Tangipahoa with a last known address of 247 West Ash Street, Ponchatoula, <br /> Louisiana 70454; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
