LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BD NO: 2023-348 <br /> DAVID SPANO d/b/a DAVE'S FULL <br /> SERVICE AUTOMOTIVE, INC. <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly La. R.S. 42:1141, conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that David Spano d/b/a Dave's Full Service Automotive, Inc. violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1113A by entering into transactions with TPSB for diesel and minor maintenance and repair. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> David Spano, the BOE and David Spano enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> David Spano, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Tangipahoa with a last known address of 11341 Davis Road, Hammond, Louisiana <br /> 70403; <br /> Dave's Full Service Automotive, Inc., a legal entity conducting business in the <br /> Parish of Tangipahoa with a last known address of 310 East Thomas Street, <br /> Hammond, Louisiana, 70401; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
