Mayor of Bossier City, the Mayor of the Town of Benton, the Bossier Parish School Board, <br /> or the Board of Commissioners of the Bossier Levee District. <br /> 2. <br /> On March 15, 2011, the Cypress Black Bayou Recreation and Water District Board <br /> ("District Board") appointed Robert Berry to fill an unexpired term of a board member who <br /> resigned. <br /> 3. <br /> On June 3, 2013, Robert Berry was hired by the District Board as Interim Executive <br /> Director of the District, while still serving in his capacity as an appointed member of the <br /> District Board. <br /> 4. <br /> On July 17, 2013, the Bossier Parish Police Jury appointed Robert Berry to the <br /> District Board to serve a full, five-year term through July 31, 2018; on July 6, 2018, the <br /> Bossier Parish Policy Jury reappointed Robert Ben-y to another five-year term through July <br /> 31, 2023. Robert Berry has served on the District Board continuously at all times pertinent <br /> herein. <br /> 5. <br /> On December 9, 2014, in a unanimous vote, Robert Berry was appointed by the <br /> District Board as the permanent position Executive Director of the District. Though Robert <br /> Berry did receive a salary, he never voted on his own salary as a member of the board. <br /> 6. <br /> The District Board approved the Compensation Package for Executive Director <br /> Robert Berry for each of the following years: <br /> 3 <br />
