Commission is the agency's officia[ title, but it is more commonly known by its trademarked name, <br /> "Louisiana's Cajun Bayou Tourism;"hereinafter it is referred to as"LCBT." <br /> 5. <br /> On October 26, 2021, the Lafourche Parish Council unanimously adopted Resolution 21- <br /> 296 appointing Ms. Hebert to the LCBT for a three-year term, October 26, 2021-December 31, <br /> 2024. <br /> 6. <br /> On May 24, 2022, Amy Hebert co-founded and organized Amplify-Events and <br /> Promotions, LLC with the Louisiana Secretary of State. Amy Hebert owns 50% and Michelle <br /> Dugas owns 50%of Amplify-Events and Promotions, LLC (sometimes hereinafter referred to as <br /> «�pli�,,,�. <br /> 7. <br /> From 2023 through August 22, 2024, Amplify-Events and Promotions, LLC made <br /> distributions to Amy Hebert totaling$37,650.00. <br /> 8. <br /> Lafourche Arc (sometimes hereinafter referred to as "LARC") is a private, 501(c)(3) <br /> nonprofit corporation organized on June 20, 1963, under the name Lafourche Association for <br /> Retarded Children; in 1982, the organization changed its name to Lafourche Association for <br /> Retarded Citizens, and in 1993 again changed its name to the present-day Lafourche Arc. <br /> 9. <br /> On February 28, 2023, LARC and Amplify-Events and Promotions, LLC entered into an <br /> Event Planning Agreement in which Amplify agreed to coordinate LARC's inaugural BBQ, <br /> Bourbon & Blues Festival.
