The Code of Governmental Ethics does not prohibit Clinton Patrick or his employer from bidding on projects with the Office of Facility Planning and Control while his stepfather is employed as a Project Manager with the Office of Facility Planning and Control, because stepparents and stepchildren are not considered immediate family members for purposes of the Code.
