R.S. 42:1141C(3)(� of the Ethics Code. <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. <br /> Allegiance Ag and Turf, LLC ("Allegiance") registered as a domestic limited liability <br /> company with the Louisiana Secretary of State on July 26, 2022. <br /> 2. <br /> Allegiance entered into business and financial transactions with the City of Bastrop from <br /> March 2, 2023, to February 28, 2025. Over that period, the City of Bastrop paid a total of <br /> $12,932.62 to Allegiance for the purchase of drive belts, blades, idler pulleys, screws, chains, <br /> wheel kits,bars,ignition switches,drivelines,discharge chutes,rubber tracks,and grease couplers. <br /> 3. <br /> Charles Henry Bradford ("Mr. Bradford") was elected to the office of Alderman, District <br /> B, City of Bastrop, on April 29, 2023, to fill an unexpired term. He was commissioned on May 9, <br /> 2023, and took the oath of office on May 19, 2023. <br />
