Ethics Board Docket No. 2024-510 <br /> Page 3 of 9 <br /> 4. <br /> In July 2021, Adam Coleman, on behalf of CCB, entered into a rental agreement with the <br /> Calcasieu Parish School Board for the use of Sulphur High School's facilities from July 12, 2021, <br /> to July 16, 2021, to conduct CCB's youth basketball camp. <br /> 5. <br /> In June 2022, Adam Coleman, on behalf of CCB, entered into a rental agreement with the <br /> Calcasieu Parish School Board for the use of Sulphur High School's facilities from 2-9:00 p.m. <br /> on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June to conduct CCB's youth summer academy. <br /> 6. <br /> In July 2022, Adam Coleman, on behalf of CCB, entered into a rental agreement with the <br /> Calcasieu Parish School Board for the use of Sulphur High School's facilities from July 11, 2022, <br /> to July 14, 2022, to conduct CCB's youth basketball camp. <br /> 7. <br /> In March 2023, the Calcasieu Parish School Board's Director of Internal Auditing <br /> instructed the Principal of Sulphur High School that CCB needed to follow the rules for school <br /> fundraisers and that all revenue and expenses for CCB needed to be paid through the school's <br /> corresponding activity account. <br /> 8. <br /> As a result, in April 2023, a financial reconciliation activity sub-account titled "CCB <br /> Camp" was created under Sulphur High School's basketball reconciliation activity account, with <br /> Adam Coleman designated as the sub-account's advisor. Adam Coleman is also the advisor for <br /> the basketball account. <br />
