The Code does not prohibit Louisiana Academy of Production Charter High School from entering into contracts with New Orleans Video Access Center, Inc. while a School Board member is employed by NOVAC; and the Code does not prohibit Ms. Warren from receiving compensation from NOVAC while it has a contract with the School to the extent that Ms. Warrent meets the conditions of La. R.S. 42:1111C‎(6)‎.
