For the purposes of this policy, executive-level <br /> positions include those positions reporting directly to the President or a Chancellor <br /> ... with university-wide or campus-wide responsibilities. <br /> 9. <br /> LSUHSC-NO Chancellor's Memorandum 61 ("CM 61"): Additional Compensation <br /> Routing and Supplemental Compensation Exclusions and Limitations, Subject to PM 3, provides <br /> supplemental pay exclusions which exclude: <br /> (8) Persons holding executive-level positions, except in rare and very limited <br /> circumstances by determination of, and approval of,the President. Executive-level <br /> positions include those positions reporting directly to the President or the <br /> Chancellor with university-wide or campus-wide responsibilities. <br /> 10. <br /> The By Laws of the LSU Board of Supervisors defines "President" to mean the duly <br /> appointed President or acting President of LSU ("Louisiana State University and Agricultural and <br /> Mechanical College"),who shall be the chief executive officer of both the University and the LSU <br /> campus."University"refers to the collection of campuses,academic programs,facilities,and other <br /> assets governed by the Board of Supervisors and specifically includes LSUHSGNO. <br />
