Patrick C. Morrow, in his capacity as a member of the Opelousas General Hospital System Board of Trustees, as well as Patrick Morrow, A Professional Law Corporation and Morrow, Morrow, Ryan and Bassett violated La. R.S. 42:1113(B) and La. R.S. 42:1121.

Klay Becnel violated La. R.S. 42:1111(A)(1)(a) and La. R.S. 42:1112A by virtue of his receipt and purchase of automobile and boat parts with St. James Parish Government funds for his own personal use or gain.

Edward Calloway, in his capacity as an employee of the G.B. Hooley Hospital violated La. R.S. 42:1111A(1)(a) and La. R.S. 42:1112A by virtue of transferring money from Hospital accounts to his personal accounts.

Patrick Morrow, in his capacity as a member of the Opelousas General Hospital System Board of Trustees, as well as Patrick Morrow, a Professional Law Corporation and Morrow, Morrow, Ryan, and Bassett, violated La. R.S. 42:1113(B) and La. R.S. 42:1121 by virtue of the contractual relationship between the law firms and the hospital.

Patricia Reeves, in her capacity as a drama teacher for Caddo Magnet High School, violated La. R.S. 42:1111C(1)(a) by virtue of her receipt of payment in connection with after-school drama lessons taught to students.

Christopher Tyson, President of East Baton Rouge Redevelopment Authority, violated La. R.S. 42:1117 by signing a contract which gave former employee, Ms. Muse-Morris, a thing of economic value in violation of La. R.S. 42:1121.

Marla Muse-Morris, former employee of Build Baton Rouge, violated La. R.S. 42:1121 by rendering services as Grant Fiscal Manager on a contractual basis to Build Baton Rouge within two years following her resignation.

Teri Durst, employee of Youree Drive Middle School, violated the Code of Governmental Ethics by entering into transactions under the supervision of Youree Drive Middle School.

Jenifer Guerrero, Principal at Youree Drive Middle School, violated La. R.S. 42:1117 by approving and directing payments from Youree Drive Middle School to Dan Ford in violation of La. R.S. 42:1113.

Scott Hearne, Frederick Williams and Michael Roberts, in their capacity as members of the Louisiana State Board of Home Ispectors, violated the Code by receiving compensation for providing continuing education services to persons who conduct operations or activities regulated by the LSBHI.

Charles Wise d/b/a Elegant Landscaping violated La. R.S. 42:1113A by providing lawn care and landscaping services to the Washington Parish Fire Protection District #7 while Charles Wise was a firefighter for the Fire Protection District.

William Stacy Yawn, in his capacity as an appointed member of the Livingston Parish Drainage District No. 5 Board of Commissioners, violated La. R.S. 42:1112B(1) by participating in a transaction in which his father-in-law had a substantial economic interest.

James Hopkins, in his capacity as the Superintendent of the Livingston Parish Drainage District No. 5, violated La. R.S. 42:1112B(1) by virtue of his participation in the recommendation to promote his brother-in-law, George Truax, Sr., as Foreman.

Rose Jackson, in her capacity as a former member of the Shady Grove Recreation District Board of Directors, violated La. R.S. 42:1121(A)(2) by virtue of her employment with the District within two years of her resignation from the Board of Directors.

The Code of Governmental Ethics does not prohibit Leah Hood from being employed by the Louisiana Mental Health Association for providing services as a Certified Target Health Facilitator, provided that the clients she sees are not eligible for counseling services at TBHC and she does not refer clients to the Association.

Employees of the Calcasiue Parish School Board are prohibited from entering into transactions to use School Board owned facilities at their respective schools during non-school hours for the purposes of "for profit" activities.

The Code of Governmental Ethics does not prohibit the New Wine Development Corporation or New Wine Fellowship Church from entering into agreements with the St. John the Baptist Parish School Board, provided that neither Kristen Mamou nor Neil J. Bernard, provide the services associated with the agreements.

The Code does not prohibit Veronica Arceneaux, Clerk of the Lafayette City Coucncil and Lafayette Parish Council, from entering to a purchase agreement with the Lafayette Mayor-President's Office to purchase remnant property.

The Code of Governmental Ethics prohibits Rachel Haney, for a period of two years following termination of her employment with the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, from assisting HDR Engineering in a transaction in which she participated while employed with the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority.

The Code of Governmental Ethics prohibits Ray Charles Mayet from simultaneously maintaining his Bayou Lafourche Fresh Water District Board of Commissioners membership and employment with GIS Engineering, LLC, should GIS Engineering enter into a contractual, business or financial relationship with the Board of Commissioners.
