Ethics Board Docket No. 2022-191 <br /> Page 3 of 10 <br /> 3. <br /> Byron Lewis is the biological son of Gabriel Lewis, Jr. Gabriel Lewis Photography is a <br /> sole proprietorship business entity owned solely by Byron Lewis. <br /> 4. <br /> Byron Lewis and J.S. Clark Leadership Academy executed a Service Contract on <br /> September 5, 2012, whereby Byron Lewis agreed to provide the following services: "Yearly <br /> Student ID Photos, Yearly School Events Photos and Videos, Yearly Athletic Photos, and Yearly <br /> Staff Photos." <br /> 5. <br /> According to the Service Contract, the term of the Agreement "shall commence on <br /> September 2, 2012, and renew automatically annually until either party At-Will terminates the <br /> contract giving written notice of at least 30 day." <br /> 6. <br /> The Service Contract was never terminated, neither by Byron Lewis nor by J.S. Clark <br /> Leadership Academy and it was renewed annually without changes from the original contract. <br /> 7. <br /> Since September 2, 2012,Byron Lewis, through his business, Gabriel Lewis Photography, <br /> has provided photography services to J.S. Clark Leadership Academy during each school year. <br /> 8. <br /> Byron Lewis stated that he provided photography services to J.S. Clark Leadership <br /> Academy every year since 2012 and would submit one invoice at the end of each school year for <br /> services that he provided throughout that school year. <br />
