Ethics Board Docket No. 2022-191 <br /> Page 5 of 10 <br /> 14. <br /> On August 4, 2022, JS Clark Leadership Academy issued check number 1335 made <br /> payable to Gabriel Lewis Photography Studio in the amount of$4,400 for Invoice 9770011 <br /> bearing the description"photography 2021-22". <br /> IV. <br /> PROVISIONS OF LAW: <br /> 15. <br /> La.
