Request that the Board reconsider its decision to reduce to $1,200 and $600 ($1,800 total) and decline to waive the two (2) $2,000 campaign finance late fees ($4,000 total) assessed against W. Thomas Barrett, III, a successful candidate for District Attorney, 38th Judicial District Court in the November 3, 2020 election, whose 2022 and 2023 Supplemental campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 663 and 304 days late, respectively.
