Janie Doucet Frugé is the CEO of West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital (WCCH), a hospital service district and a political subdivision of Calcasieu and Cameron parishes. WCCH is governed by the Calcasieu and Cameron Parish Police Juries and a five member Board of Commissioners appointed by these municipalities. One of Ms. Frugé's duties as CEO of WCCH is to attend all meetings of the commission and act as secretary and keep the official minutes of the proceedings.

La. R.S. 42:1124.2.1 requires financial disclosure for each member and designee of a board or commission which has the authority to expend, disburse or invest $10,000 or more of funds in a fiscal year on or before May 15th of each year during which the person holds office and the year following termination of the holding of such office.
