Mr. Brown provided that he is currently a full time employee and he serves as a Roadside Development Coordinator Herbicide Applicator. His duties include spraying the roadway and right of way signs for unwanted grass. Mr. Brown provided that he was recently approached by the West Rapides Drainage Commission to do beaver trapping for them on a part time basis in the evenings and om the weekends. He stated that this would not interfere with his official DOTD duties. Further, he added that he will only trap beaver on his off duty hours.
