Request that the Board waive the $3,000 campaign finance late fee assessed against United Ballot and its committee's chairperson, Christopher Williams, whose 10-P report for the November 3, 2020 election was filed 56 days late.
Facts:
Chris Williams, Chairman for United Ballot, states that they are requesting a waiver due to COVID related issues resulting in the report being filed late. Also, they were currently trying to locate copies of the report that they believe was filed timely.
