Terry Hebert requests a waiver and states the following:
10-P: He tried to submit the report on the evening of March 16, 2022 but the system would not accept his submittal. This was all discussed with staff and was properly submitted the next day with the kind assistance of the staff. He spent no money, goods or services, received no contributions at any time during, before or after his candidacy.
10-G: He lost in the 3/26/22 election and did not realize that he still had to file after the election, which was his mistake. He did try to file one evening but the filing was apparently not accepted as he submitted. He received (NOD) the 4/25 notice on 4/29. He spent no money, goods or services received no contributions at any time during , before or after his candidacy.
