Ms. Bruno has requested to withdraw her opinion as the matter is moot because she is no longer coaching the dance team. Ms. Bruno resigned as Dance Coach effective May 2021. Ms. Bruno was the dance coach at St. Amant High School from March of 2018 to present. She purchased a dance studio in 2019. During the Covid pandemic, Ms. Bruno donated the use of her studio to the dance team for practice. Ms. Bruno originally requested an opinion regarding whether the Code of Governmental Ethics would prohibit her from running a dance studio and serving as the dance coach.
