Donald R. Dobbins's original waiver request stated the following:
His campaign manager prepared the Louisiana Financial Disclosure report on August 4, 2020 (10-G), which was inclusive of election day expenditures. The election day finances of $5,050.00 were paid by the campaign for election day canvassing on July 11, 2020. During the election process there was confusion as to the dates due to postponement of the election on three (3) different occasions due to the Covid- 19 pandemic.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
