At the Board's July 9, 2021 general meeting, the Board discussed the inclusion of language on the front of the form about the need to file the report electronically if the filer is a district or major office candidate.
Attached to this agenda item is the Candidate's Report Form, as well as the instructions for that form. The last page of the Candidate's Report Form includes the following language:
"Major" and "District" level offices are required to file campaign finance disclosure reports ELECTRONICALLY using the Board of Ethics Computerized Data Management System (LEADERS). Paper filed reports for "major" and "district" office candidates will not be accepted.
