The EAB issued a decision on June 28, 2021 finding that Mr. Wicker violated Section 1113B for loaning money to the Laurel Oaks Charter school while he was a board member. The EAB imposed a total penalty of $15,999.97.
Mr. Wicker filed a Motion for Rehearing of this matter and it was denied by the EAB.
