Lionel "Lon" Burns requests a waiver and states the following:
His campaign staff for the 11/3/2020 election consisted of only Dearis Alexander, campaign manager. Mr. Alexander said he filed his 10-P report by 10/26/2020. He said he learned that the report was not filed when he received our delinquency notice. After his race was over, his campaign manager quit and he has not been able to contact him to attempt to retrieve the campaign disclosure information related to what was spent and what contributions were received.
