Kimberly Hallaran, PAC treasurer, request a waiver and states the following:
She has been filing these reports since 2008 and has never been late. The circumstances behind the one-day tardiness is unfortunately lost on her as too much time has passed to recollect such an event. Looking at her 2020 calendar she noticed multiple days that she was absent from work in the early part of February and possibly this could have caused the lateness.

18:1505.4.A(1) Any candidate, the treasurer or chairman of a political committee, or any other person required to file any reports under this Chapter, who knowingly fails to file or who knowingly fails to timely file any such reports as are required by this Chapter may be assessed a civil penalty for each day until such report is filed. 18:1484.(2)(b). Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
Waiver guidelines state that filer required to file electronically but submits report in another format may have fine suspended if they have no other late filings in past 5 years.
