In the past, the Board has discussed the suspension of rules and whether it should be for a period of time. For example, if the late filer does not file another report late for a certain period of time, it would not be due and owing if they do subsequently file a report late. Also, the issue would be whether or not the suspended amount could be collected if it was more than 10 years from when it was suspended.
