Mr. Burguieres requests a reconsideration and states:
He was hospitalized in April for coronavirus, and he was unable to work while recuperating. Additionally, the revised filing deadlines caused confusion. He raised very little money. He simply made a mistake.
While Mr. Burguieres does not mention a financial hardship in his reconsideration request, he has provided financial information that shows difficulty in paying this fine.
